Lawtel Precedents: Remember Login

Remember Login

For your convenience we have added a special feature to the Lawtel Precedents site. When you select the Remember Login option then, whenever your session expires, or you click Close Session, or you close your browser, instead of having to log in again using your username and password, the system will remember them.

The system does this by downloading a small piece of encoded text to your computer. This text is known as a cookie. Cookies are used by many of the world's leading Web sites.

For reasons of security, please do not select Remember Login if you are working on a shared computer (e.g., in an Internet café or public library) or you want to keep your online information private (e.g., from colleagues who may have access to your computer).

Cancelling Remember Login

If you have set the Remember Login feature then clicking Forget Login will cancel it, and close your session.

From time to time we may need to reset your details. If this happens, you will need to re-enter your username and password. Please keep your username and password in a safe place so that you can re-enter them if required.
